](*,) you are correct, oh young one who of which i smoke alot of, that is exactly why they do it. several years ago i was the head of HP's Jornada support (which was outsourced through Stream here in the US) until Stream realized they could pay Canadians only $7/hr (Canadian money!) to do the same job we were doing, then realized they could build a call center in f*%#ing India where people would do it for even cheaper!!! that's when we ALL got layed off and they started shutting down call centers around here right and left. anywho......so far i've only had to call CS twice since getting Vonage on 12/15/05 and BOTH times i was talking to what sounded like a 14 year old girl who said she was at a call center located in the PHILLIPENES!!!!!
