Vonage why do so may ppl sign up with VOnage, and after a couple weeks, they have a problem,

why do so may ppl sign up with Vonage, and after a couple weeks, they have a problem, since it can't be fixed in 5 mins, they just threaten to cancel?? why not call, call in teh middle of the night, you might get through faster..

and it just migth be her problem, if she just got the number after you did, then it's not just your problem..

I dont 'see why you dont' call her and leave a nice msg asking her to call you back, cuz you have an issue with your calls going to her house, and you want to appologize to her for the unwanted calls and to get things straightened out..

funny thing, at my work, they decided to make up a huge flyer with coupons for certain services (I work at a Ford Dealership), well they sent them out all over town, we get a cusotmer come in the other day, and ask us why we ut the WRONG phone number on the ad?? LMFAO! the number they put belonged to some lady down the street, OOPS!! now for the rest of this mont hshe is going to get a bunch of unwanted calls asking for appointments for service.. lol.. they gave her a $50 gift cert and said they are very sorry.. lol..

anyways, long story short, mistakes happen, if you dont' let the lady know whats going on, then she's always going to be wondering why she gets weird calls..
