It does not provide phone numbers in every area code in US but supports porting a telephone number via Local Number Portability.
Vonage enables to run a soft phone application on the computer through its USB port device and altogether with internet access makes the portable telephone fully
functional and get the access to the worldwide telephone network. It is mandatory for the customers to register their address with the company in case of Vonage emergency phone service. The emergency phone service is not available in case of an internet connection disruption or power failure.
To cancel service of Vonage, the customers can call a toll free number as request for cancellation of service cannot be made on-line. It charges its customers a fee for cancellation if the service period is within two years. If a customers cancel his/her account before the end of money-back guarantee period which generally ranges from 30 days to 60 days, can avoid paying cancellation fee. |
