Vonage VoIP - A good sip trunking provider
Hi, I am looking for a good Sip Trunking provider in Canada. they should offer unlimited calling within Canada, possible to add single trunks on a need basis and Reasonable price. Someone told me that Sip provider, Thinktel gives a reliable service. If anyone know about them, please share your suggestion. Thanks.
Vonage VoIP - Wireless Access Point plugged into switch
Which network connection do you use?
Vonage VoIP - Wireless Access Point plugged into switch
We are renting a few offices right next door to our main building. I have a wireless router pointing over to next door and an access point next door receiving the signal and is very strong. I then plug the access point into my Dell POE switch there. We have 3 offices that plug into the switch and internet works just fine. Download speeds are 40down and about 15up which I think is very good considering the setup. So when I plug our VVX500 phone into the switch it works no problem BUT when I plug it into the office it works for about 10 seconds and then stops and says network is down and then says no DHCP. During those 10 seconds I can quickly make or receive a call on it also. From the offices it goes back to the patch panel, then from patch panel into switch. I am lost on why it works directly into the switch but not in the office. Its all cat5e wiring and brand new. Anyways any suggestions would be nice. Switch - Dell X1026P Access Point - Amped Wireless REC33A Thanks
Vonage VoIP - Nothing but problems with VVX300
We recently purchased 5 Polycom VVX 300 phones from Vonage, and have regretted it ever since. I've made numerous calls only to be told "that's a function you'll need to use the Polycom Guide to program". Well nothing works like the guide says it should. All I want to do is add favorites to the softkeys and make internal calls have a different ringtone. Neither of these can be done using the polycoms guide instructions. They simply don't work.
Vonage VoIP - IP PBX for small business
I have used the PBX phone system in my new office. I was very confused about phone systems. My friend advised me for VoIP business phones systems. Their installation cost is very less and it has a lot of advantages for our business. I bought these systems from Nexcom Digital. Nexcom Digital is a good provider of VoIP business phones systems.
Vonage VoIP - iPhone - Push Notification Problems
Do you have a confusion about setting up or turning off the notification with iPhone? It's Ok. One way is that you can tap the "Setting">>"Notification" to set up or turn off. Besides, if you want to add widgets to Notification Center, you can open "Notification Center" and tap "Edit". http://www.recovery-ipad.com/set-up-configure-notifications-ipad.html
Vonage VoIP - IP8100-2
For the past ten years I have used the Vtech IP8100-2 Adapter and 4 wireless 5.8 Vtech handsets. Still functioing without problems, except the display on the handsets can no longer be read (just some faint lines). Therefore I'd like to replace the handsets. Any recommendations ? And should I replace the Adapter at the same time ?

Vonage VoIP - Vonage adapter green Ethernet blinking continuously
I have VDV21-VD and I have a question regarding the green ethernet light on the vonage adapter: - I am aware that the green light indicates vonage activity and normally when making calls the green light should blink continously - normally on standby (phone not in use) I see that the green blinks occasionally- maybe every 5-10 seconds - but for some reason when I connect to my wifi with one particular laptop, the green actvity light continously blinks- why is this happening? my current setup: -router is connected to cable modem and my vonage adapter is connected to my router with ethernet
Vonage VoIP - Recent calling problem from Egypt
That sucks! Please do let me know if you ever resolve this problem. On another note, I've been researching things on the internet & ppl in UAE where vonage is blocked completely have gotten around it by subscribing to a VPN network. I also found that some ppl have created their very own VPN using windows. That said I have no idea how to do this, but if you do & it works please do post the steps. Thanks again.
Vonage VoIP - Vonage device drops off network, cannot reconnect
I had the same problems 2 weeks ago .. you will have to "Unbind the port 5060 connection of your router" This can be done by "telnet your router IP" from the CMD prompt .. search for this feature on google with stating your router model and your operating system as the command differs from XP, W7 and windows 8 Please post the result if you manage to solve the problem. Regards Rafik
Vonage VoIP - Recent calling problem from Egypt
I have only solved the "connection to the Vonage network" problem .. by bypassing the SIP port 5060 .. but still have some audio problem such as no hear or one way audio connection .. I'm still searching for a solution, but for now for each 5 or 6 call trials I can establish one call .. Cheers !!
Vonage VoIP - Recent calling problem from Egypt
hi rafik I just read your post & I too am having problems. I was told that the problem involves Vodafone ISP's update & I verified this with Vodafone themselves in addition that I have friends who are TE data customers & don't have problems with their vonage. anyway if you've solved your vonage problem please do post what you did so I can do the same...thanks in advance for all your help
Vonage VoIP - Recent calling problem from Egypt
Hello everyone .. I'm a new subscriber to this lovely forum but I have been a Vonage customer since 2008 .. I live in Egypt and use frequently the vonage line to get in touch with my family and friend all over the world as I have an international calling plan .. I was very satisfied with the service until recently, since last month I have problem connecting to the vonage service .. I thought at first that it's an internet problem then I discovered that this problem is coming from the ISP who have made some changes in the system to block VOIP .. Reading a lot on the internet I could finally find that with changing the setting of the SIP port I could connect, and it was done .. now I'm connected and can establish the call but the other party doesn't hear me at all in spit that I hear him very clearly .. On some forum they say that the port responsible of the VOIP are the UDP ports from 10000 to 20000 .. can anyone help me adjusting this port or maybe someone have a solution to my actual problem ?? Thanking you in advance Regards

Vonage VoIP - VOIP call disconnecting home internet in 30Sec- Pls Help
I have a Dlink 600M router Should i just change router or ISP . Change router. Get one that allows you to turn off SIP ALG Google that (SIP ALG) on my search... To maximize your chances of success, make sure you choose a device that does not implement a SIP Helper or SIP ALG (Application Layer Gateway), or choose a device on which SIP ALG can be disabled
Vonage VoIP - VOIP call disconnecting home internet in 30Sec- Pls Help
Hi All , I seriously need help , I have a Dlink 600M router at home with Static IP internet connection.I tried calling via Vonage App on 2 android phones , 2 Laptops(Vonage Softphone) and Grandstream 1405 Phone. In each of the case , the call gets connected and disconnected with 30 sec along with that the router internet too gets disconnected and the only option to get internet back is restarting the router (power off and on). I have tried multiple methods but still no avail. FYI - I can call via my phone 3g and call is just fine, even I tried it at my sisters place today on her Wifi and the call goes just fine. Seems issue with either the router or my ISP itself blocking any SIP call. Please help - Should i just change router or ISP . Thx Prashant

At that time lady cops start getting out from the phone and dancing around the cops. While they are dancing this guy grabs and gets away from cops. Then he pulls over next to one tree and plays the phone for him. Girl start to come out of the phone and when she gets to him the battery drops dead. Anyone knows where I can find this? It would be great...
