Vonage tonight... my phone says line in use on my cordless. when it is not. also tried my

tonight... my phone says line in use on my cordless. when it is not. also tried my regular non cordless phones and they just dead. anyway i know my cordless is good anyway. but it just growls. no dial tone. it just rings when someone calls me now. for them. i hear nothing. wtf vonage??? i change jacks and it says phone is not plugged in correct so and so port.. i know all that. but i tried it for the heck of it. what is going on? any ideas? or maybe it's a glitch and they updating tonight. i checked my account status and it says im ok. i just dont get it. anyone have any ideas? thanks for any kind of help. and god i hope it doesnt come to calling them. im hoping this is just something simple. cheers all. and thanks in advance.
