Vonage the shipping and tracking is CRAP! lol.. I signed up for service ove the phone on

the shipping and tracking is CRAP! lol.. I signed up for service ove the phone on a Monday night, on teh tuesday I got an e-mail form UPS saying it was sent and originating in Canada, (so as not to pay duty to Customs I assume) well, in that e-mail it said I would have it the following tuesday.. by the following thursday I did not have it yet, and I was always unable to track it using the Vonage website to link to UPS, I found out later that your Vonage order number is NOT your UPS trackign number, you did get a UPS tracking number in your UPS e-mail.. anyways, I call them on the thursday and they said that my order had never been shipped, and the guy I talked to said he'd ship it overnight, wel, I wasn't going to be home that friday, so it was supposed to be shipped to a different address, friday night I get home, there's note form ups, saying they missed me, and that I owe them an additional $12.25 COD.. so I call up Vonage on Saturday, mad that I haven't been able to use my service now for 2 weeks, they refunded me one months service, and they also refunded me the $12.25 for shipping, which was customs duty on teh expedited package.. so I'd say that Vonage Customer Service gets an A+ on that particular case. :)
