2 Questions

1) Caller ID Block - is it possible to set this on as default and if not why not? if not, when will it be set up so this is possible? I can't see why we can do it on a per call basis but not have it set to default, or did i just miss a setting somewhere?

2) Anonymous Call Rejection. This needs to be set up and ON. This is the one feature I really REALLY miss from having 'normal' phone service. Vonage: please enable this ASAP! Its amazing how much telemarketing this blocks, not to mention other annoyance calls. We need Anon call reject - other services offer it. Any info. on this appreciated. Thanks!

Both these services are AVAILABLE but not supported. They do work if activated, however only tech support can activate it and we are told not to. However I have used it and tested it and it works, I gues we just got to wait till vonage formally supports this feature.

no, whats amazing is that if i go to the search function and enter a simple topic "Caller ID blcok" no info is given about the question i asked, not unless i go through about 50 topics.

as far as ACR goes, yes there are some threads with ACR topics, way down on the search list too btw, and info listed in various threads on this and other topics. but is there a problem with keeping this topic on the front page and looking for NEW current information?

dont assume ppl dont use search because they ask a familiar question to you who is on the boards alot, not everyone is on here all day long...

and i see a couple replied while i was writing this. maybe vonage will get the idea (?) if enough people continue to request features and provide them...

anyway thanks to those who replied with info Smile
