Very Pleased in Michigan

Vonage has been great so far. I took 30 days to get number ported from MCI and I just received my credit for month 2. Credit in month 2 covers the activation fee so that is nice.
Repeat dialing feature of and "5" is so nice. Can't wait to take this box on the road with me. Very easy to install so that existing phone lines in home work.
Fax is still not 100% reliable but is pretty good. I am excited to see what new features Vonage comes out with

Agree on the need for more area codes in Michigan. Most of the state is bare and all of the UP. Took my box from home in NC to second home in the UP... plugged it into the cable modem and 30-seconds later service was up[ and going.

Started Service on Jan 23rd. Home number was ported over March 14th. Got credit for time over 20 business days. Service has been great. Can''t beat the price.

It workded for about a week, then all in-coming calls started to go right into voice mail...not ring in. I have a virtual number that my boyfriend can only leave a message in. Help? Linda
