I have had the Vonage in Tampa FL since January 2005, my ISP is with Bright House RoadRunner. The quality is excellent. I have never had a problem with reception and clarity is excellent. Saving much on features and long distance calls. I just which they had distinctive ring for virtual numbers for the teenagers in the house. Customer service is improving, less holding time and they seem to answer very quickly when one Emails them. They do not rush you when they have you on the phone. All in all, I must rate them better than Verizon in customer Service issues. I was trying to get an issue with virizon and took 3 days, due to the extended waiting time of a total of 4.25 hours. Keep up the good work VONAGE....

to connect to the existing phone jacks in your house.... is all that you have to do is remove the incoming line from the phone company from the dmarc, but leave the test jack hooked up going into the house?

I must say that I am having a great experience with my vonage service in the Tampa, Florida. I am currently using BrightHouse Networks-RoadRunner for my ISP and combined with Vonage they are a rock solid combo. I have the RT31P2 Router/ATA and have had no issues. Have the system hooked up throughout the whole house with no problems. Vonage is great value for the buck. Glad to get rid of Verizon local and AT&T long distance.
