Ok...I am a total "port forwarding rookie" and need some serious help. Can someone please help me with my situation?

My setup is: cable modem - Vonage (linksys) - airport (not extreme).

The situation is that since I got Vonage (about 4 months ago) I have not been able to use iChat. I have the ports set correctly on my Mac tower, but have absolutely no idea how to set the ports on the linksys. Can someone priovide very basic step by step instructions? I have sen the link provided by Vonage telling me which ports need to be opened, but how do I get to that point?

By the way - I am no techie...so any instructions need to be basic!!!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
