You actually apparently planned ahead a bit, since the phone lines are there already. Like I stated before, and now will state again because you cannot read prior posts, is that almost all our satelite stores are setup spur of the moment, so no it does not seeing as how i just found out Friday that we would be setting a store up.



I'm not whining, but yes I *AM* complaining because I was promised a service that was not delivered. I have listened to the ideas and none of them suit me, I was told I could order an adapter over night from Vonage Sales india and they did not come through with this promise. Which in my book and any other's that means anything would equal poor business. Also the fact of me calling and getting an answer of 'we'll send you another'. Which will work fine except the lady spelled the address wrong. Equals poor customer service. Anything else Mr. Vonage?
