 Unlimited Local and Long Distance Calling Comes to Central Oregon
Holmdel, NJ, January 27, 2006 – Vonage Marketing, a subsidiary of Vonage
Holdings Corp., a leading provider of broadband phone service, today announced
the availability of service in Bend, Hood River, Prineville, Redmond and the
Dalles, Oregon.
High-speed Internet subscribers working and residing near the Deschutes River
can now take advantage of Vonage’s broadband phone service, which offers
unlimited local and long distance calling, with popular features like call
waiting, call forwarding and voicemail for one low, flat monthly rate. Vonage
customers near the Cascade Mountains can now keep their current numbers or
choose telephone numbers within the popular (541) area code.

Vonage and PSAPs Continue Working Together to Turn Up E911 for Customers
Across the Nation in Record Time
Holmdel, NJ, January 26, 2006 – Vonage Marketing, a subsidiary of Vonage
Holdings Corp., a leading provider of broadband phone service, today announced
that it has turned on emergency 911 service in over 2,200 PSAPs across the
country. In less than a week, Vonage equipped over 200 calling centers in more
than 35 new counties, with 911 calling capabilities.
In June, the FCC gave Vonage, and all Internet-based phone service companies,
120 days to create an E911 system from scratch, and provide all of its
customers, wherever they are in the U.S., with E911 service. In that amount of
time, Vonage worked closely with local 911 centers, also known as Public Safety
Answering Points (PSAPs), across the country to turn on E911 for as many
customers as it could.

Customers in the United States can now get additional phone numbers from
Austria, France, Ireland, Italy and Spain
Holmdel, NJ, January 26, 2006 – Vonage Marketing, a subsidiary of Vonage
Holdings Corp., a leading provider of broadband phone service, today announced
the availability of Virtual Numbers with area codes from Austria, France,
Ireland, Italy and Spain. European friends, family and business associates
residing and working within these nations can now call U.S.-based Vonage
customers for the price of a local call.
Vonage Virtual Phone Numbers are inexpensive secondary numbers that ring to your
primary Vonage line. These numbers are available to Vonage subscribers in the
U.S., Canada and the U.K. for $9.99 USD, $11.99 CAD and £5.99 GBP per month
respectively. These numbers receive incoming calls only. U.S.-based customers
can select Western European numbers, allowing their friends, family and business
associates the ability to dial them locally.

Vonage Launches VoIP Service In Redmond, Oregon |

Starting today, residents and businesses in the cities of Bend, Hood River,
Prineville, Redmond and Dalles in the state of Oregon will be able to sign up
for Vonage's VoIP-based
calling services. The VoIP service provider made this announcement on Friday
after expanding its coverage to include the cities of Lancaster, Marietta,
Pataskala, Sylvania, and Toledo in the state of Ohio earlier this week.

Playboy Goes Full Speed With Grand American Racing |
|
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida -- January 26, 2006 – TCR, the agency of record
for Playboy Racing, today announced a multi-partner, multi-car deal for
2006-2008 Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal
Special Reserve and the Grand-Am Cup Series. The six car effort will include
three Rolex Series Daytona Prototypes and three Grand-Am Cup cars which will
debut at the 2006 Rolex 24 At Daytona and will run through the conclusion of the
2008 season.
TCR announced a world class partnership which includes Playboy Enterprises,
Uniden Electronics, The Palms Resort & Casino and Vonage. The Ford-powered
Crawford Daytona Prototype and Ford Mustang GT Cup entries will be operated by
Finlay Motorsports located in Mooresville, NC. The two Pontiac-powered Rileys
will be run by the Oxnard, CA-based Pacific Coast Motorsports operation and
Unitech Racing in Rosamond, CA will enter two Playboy Nissan 350Z Grand-Am Cup
cars.
