Vonage Added to the Russell 3000 Index

Vonage Press ReleasesHOLMDEL, N.J., July 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp., a leading provider of broadband telephone services, today announced that the company has been added to the Russell® 3000 Index following the Russell Investment Group's reconstitution of its family of U.S. indexes on June 30, 2006. The Russell 3000 Index measures the performance of the 3,000 largest U.S. companies based on total market capitalization.

Membership in the broad-market Russell 3000, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in additional Russell Indexes. Vonage was also added to the Russell 2000 Index and the Russell 2500 Index. Russell determines membership for its equity indexes primarily by objective, market capitalization rankings and style attributes.

"We are honored that Vonage was added to the Russell Indexes," said Vonage Chairman and Chief Strategist Jeffrey A. Citron. "Our inclusion in the Russell 3000 will increase Vonage's visibility with investors and institutions that rely on the Russell indexes as part of their investment strategy."

Vonage VoIP Forum Digest

June 29, 2006

By Daniel Connor

Welcome to today's edition of the Vonage VoIP Forum Digest. I have been traveling all week and my family is headed off to Europe for the summer this weekend so I need to take a few days off from the Digest.  This edition covers from today, June 29 through the Fourth of July Independence Day Holiday in the U.S., next Tuesday.

In the news, we'll catch up on Vonage's stock, as well as read what a very prominent reviewer is writing about the new Vonage V-Phone. We'll hear about an important vote yesterday in the U.S. Senate about net neutrality, which Vonage strongly favors. One of the Vonage co-sponsored racing teams is back in action tonight and we'll catch up with that.  Because we won't be publishing an edition on Friday,  we'll run our popular In the Blogs feature today.  We'll also go over a newly posted Vonage Forum thread
