Vonage Press ReleasesNew Rate Centers Allow Subscribers to Further Localize Their Phone Number

HOLMDEL, N.J., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Vonage America Inc., a subsidiary of Vonage Holdings Corp., a leading provider of broadband telephone service, today announced it now offers its subscribers the ability to choose from the following Delaware rate centers: Camden, Delmar, Felton, Harrington, Milton, Rehoboth, Seaford, Selbyville and Smyrna. A rate center is the geographic area used for issuing phone numbers. There can be many rate centers within one area code.

This expansion offers subscribers the opportunity to further localize their telephone number, as they are now able to select numbers from towns more representative of their geographic location or heighten their ability to maintain their own phone number within the popular (302) area code. Vonage continues to offer local area code selection in the following Delaware towns:
