I'm still running 1.00.55 on my RTP300 and one week later, I STILL HAVE CALLER ID!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, back to your question....Look back several pages of this subject and you will see an earlier post from me on what to do (Call Vonage and tell them to implement the changes I've stated earlier). If they ask if you're using house wiring, tell them no and that you want the changes I've stated implemented on your RTP300. Afterwards, your caller ID should be fixed. Let me know how it goes.

It seems they really are not quite in sync at Vonage tech support on this. My caller ID is working now, but I really do not know for sure what the settings are. As I posted earlier, on Sunday I requested that Mr. Sorrento's recommended settings be applied, and they were, at which point caller ID worked 100% of the time on my Uniden phone, but only 66% on my ATT phone. On Sunday evening, the tech rep who was assisting me called and told me that "they" (I assume the Vonage engineers) had told him that the 45 Volt setting was correct, but the ring cadence change was not needed. So in hopes of getting caller ID to work on the ATT phone, I agreed to have the ring cadence returned to it's default setting. After this change was made, the CID peformance actually got signficiantly worse, only 43% success on the ATT phone, and 57% on the Uniden. When the Vonage tech rep called me back I told him that resetting the ring cadence had made the situation worse.

I never heard from this rep again. But overnight I got an email from another Vonage person indicating that they believed they had fixed the problem. However, he did not state what changes had been made. So while I know that my caller ID is working on both phones, I can not state exactly what changes Vonage has made. :confused:

hmmm....seemed to start working on it's own today. Tried resetting the router
I figured that since my router was unplugged all night that may have been the fix!

I just lost caller ID again. Cycling the router brought it back again, but I hope
