Vonage interesting, did the power light blink at all when you reset it?

you have a slightly older firmware version which would probably be updated once it connected to vonage, which makes me wonder if it's not connecting for some reason. one reason would be because that mac address isn't registered in the vonage system (i.e. they entered the wrong one or still have the old one instead of the new one)
just to confirm, roadrunner -> sb5100 -> rt31p2 -> computers, right? anything else in there? and for the heck of it, if you have another router, try connecting it to the modem and the rt31p2 to the other router, just to see if that will work at all. I have no idea why it would, but I've seen it work for one person.
