Vonage i was looking and did not really see that anyone ask this so here it goes. when

i was looking and did not really see that anyone ask this so here it goes.

when you computer is connected to the Vonage device do you get a an from the device...which would be any ip in the 192.168.15.2 to .15.150

it could be that you pcs just aren't releasing the IP from your wireless router even after you connect to the Vonage device

a reset using the button on the back of the device with a pen for 30 second should do it like steve 48 said, but i would check the ip that you pc has when connected if you have set up any settings on the device previously they will be lost

and of course when you put the device in front of the wireless router and directly connected to the modem...make sure you power cycle the whole network first...starting with all modems and routers off and then turn on the modem and wait 2 min...then turn on the Vonage device and wait a min....then turn on the wireless router and you should be all set

run>cmd>ipconfig and see what it says
