Vonage i loive near chicago and we had a bad storm about two hours ago,usally my cable modem

i loive near chicago and we had a bad storm about two hours ago,usally my cable modem goes down infact it prolly did and just came back on before i got up and noticed the problem.my phone light is out,every other light is on and all three ethernet port lights are lit up all thjough there is nothing plugged into one of them,ieven reset it,unplugged it and plugged back in with no ethernet cords plugged into it and all the ethernet lights are still lit up green?my cable modem is fine cause right now it is directly hooked up to just my main computer so i could go online but the inernet does not work through the Vonage router nor does the phone,any ideas?thanx
