Vonage i have said this same issue for a few months now. i had vonage adjust my "jitter buffer"



i have said this same issue for a few months now. i had Vonage adjust my "jitter buffer" (thats what i asked them to do... not sure if they actually did it), i have purchased a new modem (moto surfboard) and a new linksys wireless N router-the latest N router they have now. once i replaced the modem things seemed OK but then the issue came back. basically people can not hear me but i hear them... and i can tell its a delay because when i talk its about 4 seconds or so before they hear me. yesterday i called someone and all was fine. they put me on hold and when they came back that could not hear me. when they hung up the phone, i heard my voice echoing on the phone. resetting the pap2 TA will make things ok but only for a while. again when folks call in all is pretty good. im not at home to run any new tests but i can later....
