i do believe you are trying to call a UK landline right? because if its a mobile, it starts with "7" meaning...011+44+77xx from what i know, the number should consists 12digits (including 0) so the best thing for you to do is to confirm the number again; alsoi try to check if you can reach your friend thru your mobile, if call connects, then its your vonage device
