High Level Procedure for Retail Store Employees:
The store employee must purchase their Vonage telephone or router/adapter at their retail store or through the retail store’s website.
The store employee must activate their Vonage account at www.vonage.com/activate or in-store if applicable.
A valid credit or debit card is required to activate the service.
Once the account has been activated, the store employee must go to www.vonagezone.com/employees.htm and click on the link under ‘Retail Employee Application’ to download the application form.
After filling out the form, they must email it to retailerplan@vonage.com.
The form must be emailed back to this address within the first 30 days after activation.
Follow the installation instructions included with the telephone/device.
