Post subject: Adding Virtual Numbers is activation just a one time fee?
I was wondering if the activation is charged just once? or let see for example I delete the current virtual number I have and create another in another area do i have to pay another 9.99 activation fee?

Oh damn I thought you could change the Virtual Number as often as you wanted with out having to pay the 9.99 each time you change the virtual number area code

Technically, you don't "change" virtual numbers. You cancel one and add another, if you want to "change" it.
