Updated status of "Frequently Asked Questions: Voicemai

Newbie researching Vonage (desperately trying not to ask re-ask the same old questions). I just reviewed the "Frequently Asked Questions: Voicemail" section of this site and wonder if this FAQ is up-to-date based on what I've read on www.vonage.com.

Specifically:

1. Lots of confusion over whether or not voicemail includes caller id (phone number) and/or name. Vonage website claims both. My browse of the forum indicates mixed results based on area code? Does that sound right?

2. Are Vonage voicemail audio files compatible with MS Windows Media Player 9 yet? Are there alternative players (from Vonage or 3rd parties) or 3rd party plug-in codecs that can be used without having to downgrade to an older version of MS Media Player?

3. Does the capability to have multiple voicemail greetings (busy greeting, no answer greeting, extended absense greeting) exist?

4. Does the capability to have day of the week and/or time of day specific voicemail greetings exist? (Was sure I read about this feature on Vonage website but now I can't find the original references to this specific feature - perhaps I'm mistaken?)

Thanks for your follow-up and Vontage documentation URLs. I meant no offense by my comments on your Voicemal FAQ being up to date - just confused by forum comments and Vonage website claims.
