thanks! that gives me hope..
I just logged onto the web account and they state the following:
" Customers may experience intermittent issues with incoming calls in some areas in Florida. Our Engineers are aware of the situation and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter"
I hope this is related to the problem I am having..

Hi Steve,
You know I'm pretty far away from those two destinations in Montreal and Boston.. I wonder if that has anything to do with it..
I have the QoS setup to favor the RTP300's and I did that test from my desktop, I wonder if that has anything?
My speed is wicked fast doing anything else so I really doubting the results of that testvoip thing if you think my score is bad..
I talk to Italy and Australia all day long using SKype and always have audio quality that is SUPERIOR to even land lines!
I wonder if the issue is related to this service bulletin I just saw them put up when I logon to my account..

The weekend is here so I won't be able to test the phones again til Monday..
So maybe this will work itself out by then? I'm praying, I'm the one that convinced the owner to go with Vonage..  |

Good luck. It's certainly possible that Vonage is having some kind of problem that they'll work out. If it's not good by Monday, you'll probably want to call both Vonage and your ISP and see if you can track it down. |

Monday has arrived and the problem is still here though not happened to the degree that it did on Friday..
To my knowledge two calls have had the aforementioned problems today..
I'm on the phone holding for Vonage tech support currently.. |

its been ok for most of the day up until about 4 or so, and the person on the other end could not hear me but i can hear him fine. WHEN WILL THIS STOP!!!!!!!! |
