I've just completed my first month of Vonage service and really like it. However, I was billed for this initial month. I signed up through the URL posted on this site and wondered how I take advantage of the month of free service.
-Thanks in advance. |

I can't remember right now. I should go back through my initial correspondence/messages from Vonage when I get home from work. Good question. |

Vonage bills in advance. Were you billed for a month when you signed up or did you just receive a bill (after your first month) for one month. If you just got a bill for 1 month it's for next month. |

Vonage doesn't bill 2 months in advance when you first sign up. I pay for my month right as I enter my month, I have never been billed for the "next month". My first months bill was for $27.24 because I had no activation, but also no free months.... |

I was trying to point out that if he just received his first bill for service it pertains to the upcoming month, not the past month. Sorry for the confusion. |
