I have both call waiting and voice mail turned off on my Vonage phone. Nevertheless, if I call home and my wife is on the phone, I don't get a busy signal. It acts as if it's ringing instead. Is this normal?

In case anyone is interested, a Vonage engineer PM'd me indicating that this is not normal. He checked my account and found that I had, indeed, set Call Waiting to off, but it apparently didn't download to the RTP300. He suggested a reboot.
I called home from work this morning and the reboot seems to have fixed it. <sigh> As many times as I've suggested a reboot to others, I forgot to try it myself.
