I've had similar problems with dialing 933 in the past also. One time, I dialed 933 and after a few seconds of silence, I was connected to a real 911 dispatch center. Furthermore, I was charged for that 933 call as an International call. Vonage seriously needs to add some QC checking in their call routing schemes to verify what a number is before passing it down the line. That way, proper calls are placed and accurate billing is ensured.
