Post subject: Questions about Vonage voicemail to email capabilities
Potential
Vonage
customer (pre-newbie) ... wondering if its possible to
1. Have voicemail messages forwarded to multiple parties, i.e. home voicemail messages would be emailed to both my wife and I ?
2. Recieve both an email with attachment *AND* SMS type email alert. Again, ideally to multiple parties. In other words, is the voicemail setting for message delivery limited to a single option (email w/attachment or alert type message) or multiple options ?
3. Do email messages (with and without attachment) include information such as:
- caller id (phone number)
- caller name (alphanumeric name)
- length of message
- date and time message was received
- phone number that was dialed
The reason I ask about the phone number that was dialed is in case I have voicemail messages forwarded from mulitple
Vonage
numbers to a single email address.
I searched for answers to these questions on the
Vonage
site and on this forum and didn't see these questions being asked. If there's some resource I should be using vs. bothering everyone with newbie questions, feel free to be candid with me.
