Not getting the Dial Tone in kuwait.

Hi, i m also trying to install my Vonage linksys RT31P2 adapter but unfortunately it gives me certain problem & i have tried all possible solutions. i am in kuwait . My problem is that i am unable to hear the dial tone Even though the power light is solid green & the internet seems to work fine through it & i get the phone 1 line as solid green no matter if i have the phone plugged in it or not this light doesnt turn off & the phone line 2 never goes on even if i plug my phone into it.. Anyone.. Any solution ??

Sorry dint include my test speeds & interenet provier name...

You may have the same issue as we are having here in Qatar. Your local provider may have blocked Voip traffic

Its possible that it might happen the way u are suggesting but the thing is are u getting an active light on ur phone line 1 even when u are not connecting the phone to the adapter ?
