Post subject: Vonage Management Contacts
Does anybody have the names of
Vonage
management that I can contact about my extremely poor
Vonage
telephone service?
Names, telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses would be helpful!

Good luck on getting an help. It took them a week to fix my problem. 5 E-mails and I don't know how many phone calls. The only e-mail address I got was
customercare@vonage.com
.
Only talk to a supervisor who can speak english.

Thank you for your reply!! I'm way past that!!
I've got the direct telephone number, and e-mail address for an
Advanced Tech Support guy, who has done nothing to solve the
problem. I have asked him for names of
Vonage
management,
and he completely ignores me! This poor service has gone on
every since the
Vonage
was installed (months now). I thought If
possible, I would escalate this problem to
Vonage
management
to give them an opportunity to correct my problem before canceling
Vonage
, and going with Time Warner digital phone service.

You haven't really looked very hard, have you? Its right there on their public website. All the officers down the left, and some pretty good clues on what their email addresses would be based on the email addresses of the contacts you see on the right.

Your quickest path to satisfaction may be to call to cancel, which, based on a number of posts on this forum, results in speaking with a customer retention agent who might actually be able to help get your problem fixed. Haven't needed that route myself, but it may be worth it to you if you've had long standing service issues.

I have already tried that! I've gotten names from their corporate website, called the corporate local number (not toll free), and left voicemails to the names on the corporate website, they never return my calls!!!!

I wonder how many people call those numbers to complain. If I were one of the management people, I would tell my secretary, "Yeah, leave those numbers active, then dump the voicemail once a month. Here's my real number, do not publish it or give it out." After all, do you really think you can call, say, Walmart management in Arkansas and get a response? Better yet, Try giving G.W. Bush a call and tell him I said hi.
Sorry for being blunt, but I don't think you'll get a response that way.
