Better yet, if you're really set upon talking to the management, send them a certified letter. I think it requires signature receipt, so at least you'll know they got it. Whether they ignore it or not, who knows.

I've decided not to be bothered with it any more.I signed up for Time Warner Digital telephone service this morning, which will be installed next week (Monday 12/19).
Vonage
has 1 week to fix my service, or I go with Time Warner, real simple!!!

Takeda,
I have to ask -- what is your problem that
Vonage
isn't fixing for you? Is it the outgoing choppy audio problem? If so, then it looks like the grand, master plan of screwing up everybody's
Voip
traffic on the cable networks is working and causing everyone to leave
Vonage
and other
Voip
companies to go to the big boys. I'm considering dumping
Vonage
and going to Comcast Digital Voice myself. What's going to be your price for TWC?

Here are just a few of my problems that I have had since installing
Vonage
:
1) Poor sound, long delay with local exchange calls, especially early in the mornings. This can happen, then have the caller call
right back, and the quality will improve.
2) "Dead" time on outgoing voice. We can hear the people we are talking to, but they can't hear us. This "dead" time can last 5-10 seconds.
When these problems happen, I have run speed tests, Latency tests, and
Voip
tests, and everything is fine....I still say the problem is in Vonage's server network.
TWC's digital phone service is $39.95, $10 is a small price to pay for clear, reliable telephone service, which I haven't received from
Vonage
for over 2 months!!!

I hear ya and I know what you mean. I really do hope that
Vonage
can come through for you. If not, best of luck with TWC. If you happen to go with TWC's service, please drop us a line here from time to time to let us know how it's going. Thanks.
