I just had a second line added and when someone calls it from an outside line it prompts them for a voicemailbox number automatically(like if you were checking your voicemail remotely). I can call it from the other line(both are on one motorola adapter) Gonna call Vonage tomorrow about it, but just got the line hooked up so wasn't in a huge rush yet.

Yeah, you'll want to make sure the line is provisioned correctly. Can you dial out?
Just for fun, try dialing in again. It may have taken a little time to provision the service.
Have you vidwed the line in Vonage's portal? There may be a message related to the line that you need to attend to.
