I'm not sure if Vonage is pushing this out as official yet. Does anyone have it? |

That's the most unofficial thing I have ever seen! If you are into unlocking PAP2's you better get hold of that now before BBR takes it down. |

I know!` I was asking some people here if they know anything about it, they all look at me like I'm crazy.
I know that the last time they had the unlocking guide and the firmware for unlocking PAP2 on BBR, it was up for a while, then there was suddenly a message that stated that thread had been locked and the files removed because of a request from the legal owner of the firmware.
That's the whole reason that the default password for factory resetting a PAP2 is not 7756112 anymore, and why we were told to RA any PAP2 that required a factory reset, because people were unlocking them like crazy.
That URL does seem to point to Vonage, which I don't understand - why would we provide a firmware for devices that won't work on our network? I'm quite curious (yellow) about this whole thing.
When I asked someone about it they just beat me and told me to get back on the phones... |

Hah! I was wrong, it looks like we are sending this out as an official firmware, because I am looking at an acct that had it pushed down. Strangely, it was rolled back to .6 later on and now the cust is saying that every number she calls is invalid!
sounds like some bad LSD |
