Hah! I was wrong, it looks like we are sending this out as an official firmware, because I am looking at an acct that had it pushed down. Strangely, it was rolled back to .6 later on and now the cust is saying that every number she calls is invalid!

Any official update on 3.1.7? Is it being pushed to everyone? Do you know what is new/fixed/different?
OK I had a cust right before I left last night who had had this pushed down to her, but then it was modified again to version .6
When I look at the drop down menu for firmwares that I can load (I've got the power!) There is no version 7 listed, just version .6vsd and some other ones, but not this version 7LSD. So, if this was an official Vonage firmware, it was only for a brief time and then it was removed from the listing of supported firmwares.
The customer I spoke to was back on version .6, and she had horrible audio, it sounded like a small helicopter was flying around in her house.
Version 3.01.07 LSe is out now. It looks like this firmware disables the ability to upgrade the firmware from user login. I wonder if that means I can't upgrade my firmware any more, since Vonage has never been able to upgrade my firmware successfully?
OK, forgive me for asking what I can't seem to find anywhere. I can certainly look at my router settings (http://192.168.15.1) and see a firmware version there. (Firmware Version: 1.30.01 ) Is this the same Firmware Version that everyone else is talking about? If so then I appear to be woefully behind in my updates.
How do I get updated? Call Vonage? Dear Lord, anything but that.
