Me too! Actually I want call blocking features. I do receive the names on my caller ID as long as the call does not come from a cell phone.

I just noticed that there's a new VOIP provider out there, Lingo, which offers anonymous call rejection.

Their rates seem cheaper than Vonage too, which I currently use.

Better get with the program, Vonage! Wink

lingo has been around since june or maybe before. they are one of many voip services that offer call blocking and acr. others include sunrocket, broadvox, broadvoice, packet8, voicepulse and probably some others I can't think of.

Sure, Lingo is abit cheaper, AND they may offer Anonymous Call Blocking, BUT you guys tell me why I PERSONALLY deal with about 2 customers a day that LEAVE Lingo, or AT&T CallVantage, or Verizon. You guys tell me why Vonage has 3 times more customers than our closest competitor? You guys tell me why Vonage has, in the past 2 weeks, set daily company records for new account sign-ups? Because despite what minor issues u MAY have with Vonage, our QoS is head & shoulders above our competition...period!

Better get it together you doubting Monopoly players!

I have to agree.. lingo may be cheaper.. but they don't seem as good as Vonage... I'm very happy with Vonage.. .. would like to see extra bells and whistles.. but I"m sure they will happen eventually.. I'm just glad we finally have numbers in the 570 area code! (XO tells me they are currently beta testing rolling these numbers out in these areas....and if all goes well more will be released... guess that's why there are some area codes that are selling out fast... new areas... with new beta testing going into effect).

Ahh ha..just talked to a vonage rep (are some of them in India)? Anyway.. he was helpful as usual... apparently the linksys devices are different then all the others in how things work.

BUSY --> Hang up --> Press #5

Worked great.. why does the website not have linksys instructions?

On another note.. the wooooooooooosh is also being fixed.. yeah!
