In Wilmington, DE. Can't receive calls... you hear three short beeps when calling. Cell phone says "Unassigned Number". Can place calls just fine.
Tried forwarding my number to a cell phone but it doesn't work either. Still get the three beeps (Unassigned Number).
Currently on hold with Vonage but have to go out shortly. |

I'm losing many if not most of my incoming calls. I'm on BrightHouse / Roadrunner in Bradenton FL , and it seems if I have my TV/Cable running or I am playing digital music through the cable box, most of my incoming calls are dropped as soon as I pick up the phone. I''m at wits end, and Vonage Cust support tried a couple things to no avail. I''ve got the Brighthouse Toshiba PCX2500 Cable modem going into a Motorola WR850G router and have the Linksys PAP2 connected to it. Anyone got any ideas what it might be? I may have to buy a landline again. |

They had an issue yesterday but it should be resolved by now. I would powercycle your modem and router. |

How fat is your pipe? How much of that is taken up with the Digital TV on? I would suggest getting Line Speed Meter V3.0 from tcp/IQ and checking what your up/down speeds are with the box off, and then the box on...
How is your network set up? Are the broadband and digital cable from the same drop?
Let us know how it goes... |

Your HSI and your Digital Cable are two totally different things. |
