Post subject: Wireless Possibilities with RT31P2
I am renting a room out in a new home and the owner is forcing me to participate in their wireless LAN setup. I have the Linksys RT31P2 router and I was curious if there is any way to make this router work with a wireless connection and still have my phoneline. Such as buying a wireless network card and somehow connecting my tower to the the RT31P2 router or similar.
The owner has a Linksys WRT54G wireless router.
I'd really like to keep the
Vonage
router setup in my own room, but not sure how this would work without having the actual cable connection in my room either. I'm guessing my best bet is to buy the VTECH IP8100-2 but the expenses are pretty high.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

acid, there has been recent questions about using a wireless bridge to connect a
Vonage
router and from a technical standpoint, that should work.
I know makes a wireless bridge (WGA54G) - it just acts like a 802.11b/g to 100Base-T converter.
If you get one and it works, let us know...
