The cordless phone frequency should not matter unless the Vonage router is wireless.

I have my routers on hardwire. They all drop calls and miss incoming calls many many times per day.

My DL speed is between 3 and 8 Mbps. Vonage will be history because it takes between 3 days and forever to get a reponse to a service request via e-mail.

I cannot maintain any phone call for more than 5 minutes.

Don't use Email. Customer support by phone is spotty. Sometimes you get good help and sometimes it's less than it should be, but it's always infinitely better than their response to Email.

I have lived through the phone support. It took more than 2 hours to get through their process.

Vonage = no service I will go back to land lines at 3x the price.
Its embarrising to constantly explain to people why you can maintain a phone call.

You have a lot of packet discards. Do you get similar results if you temporarily remove the Vonage adapter from your setup?

yep,
Regardless. This is suppossed to be a very good quality connection according to the test. Vonage is not ready for primetime. Since I do not care to spend hours per week being a router engineer I am disconnecting my service and going back to a combination of Skype and Verizon.

Not ready for primetime? I highly doubt that. You are being shown exactly where the problem very well is, and you dismiss it as not ready for primetime?
Good luck with Hype, I mean Skype, and that bigger phonebill.
