I've been having problems for months now and thought it was my ISP. So we called and called and after a few other attempts they tried a newer modem and now I get a constant speed, around 1-1.5 Mbs but still I have problems while on the phone. So, I have submitted my problem to Vonage twice, first a month and a half ago and again just 2 weeks ago. I still haven't received one response from them. I guess it's more important for them to grow than it is for them to support their current customers. |

How did you "submit" your problem to them? Did you use email or did you call them? It is widely known here that you will not get help if you simply email them. You need to call Customer Service and speak with someone.
Also, if you post a new thread detailing your issues then maybe someone here can help you out.
