Anyone know what is causing the voicemail indicator (when you initially pick the phone up, the series of dial tone breaks) will not go away if there is no voicemail? Resetting the system doesn't work. Other than that service is great no problems. |

Other people have reported this problem. I've seen two solutions posted. One is to call yourself from another phone and leave a voicemail, then check voicemail from your Vonage phone and delete it. The other is to go to the website, delete all voicemail there, then go to the deleted mail folder and delete everything there. |

It happens sometimes when you try to delete a voicemail from the web site. Like Steve said, call yourself from another phone, leave a message and delede it from your phone.
I had the same problem about a month or two ago and that worked for me.
