After days and days of calling and trying to set up a new account, my account is still in pending status.
Here are some of the various explantions I've heard:
Billing down
Account creating down, but billing up
Engineers don't work at night
No ETA of fix
2 hour ETA of fix
24 hour ETA of fix
24-48 hour ETA of fix
No ETA of fix
No new customers can sign up as well as me.
What the hell is going on!!! Why is it taking so long to get an account?
PLEASE HELP! Oh, ticket 3371511 can also be referenced
Has anyone else been able to create new accounts?

My account is stuck in pending as well. Ordered service over a week ago. I have been patient and not called support, thinking maybe it was just taking a while for the router to get delivered. Doesn't look like I will get anywhere if I do call them. However they have been able to charge my credit card. Funny how that works.
Anyone know what is going on?

I had bought my router via compusa. I had to call and call and call and finally got it fixed. It was the worst experience ever.
