hey, this isn't Vonage related, but I know there were a few ppl here that were complaing, along with me, that we couldn't call the CIC call centre, i just found a number on an immigration talk msg board and they say it works! 613 944 4000 it's an Ottawa number, and it's 'foreign affairs', but apparently if you dial it and then press 2 for Immigration, you get transfered to the CIC Call Centre!
Ok, i just called it, and yes it works great, you dial that number, then press 1 for English, then press 2 for CIC, and it then clicks, and then you hear a ring and then the CIC Info Line picks up! YES! finally!
so for those looking for it, here it is.!
