All,
Since 1 month, I have a strange behaviour when trying to access my VoiceMail from my Vonage phone.
Before then, I just had to type *123 to be asked for my PIN and then access my messages.
Now, after typing *123, I have to enter my 11-digits phone number.
I first called the technical service: they told me this is for security reasons. I am sorry but, when I am using my voicemail from home, why should I have to enter my phone number to access my messages???
Two weeks later, I called the customer service. They told me this was because there is a system upgrade in progress. I am just wondering what is being upgraded, and how long this will last (yesterday, I still had to entered my phone number).
Am I the only one having this problem in Montreal? Any hint/idea of what could cause this issue?

it's working fine for me here in London, it always has worked fine.. altho, today the internet went down for about 4 hours, and there were 6 Vm's left and there is no studder tone, or flashing light.. but I did get txt msg's to my cell, and the VM's are all there..
Vonage's VM system is very strange, lots of silly little issues with it.. |
