I know there were problems with the dashboard several days ago. It seems it is unaccessible again. Anyone else experience problems? |

Here's today's Vonage Traffic Report.
The Internet expressway connecting Central Maine and the Vonage Dashboard apparently has a major pileup, because no traffic is getting through. The traffic jam seems to be due to an accident on the Vonage Dashboard exit, because right now, no traffic is moving at all in that vicinity from anywhere. This is Captain Nate, with your 4:30EST Traffic Report.
"Hi, this is John, from the clinic. Wanted to let you know that you do NOT have Vonage Dashboard. Repeat, you do NOT have VD. Thanks for stopping by."
Oh, wait, after a loooong wait, I see parts of the dashboard. No images, and a "404" when I try to get anywhere, but they are probably bringing it up as I type this. Or not. |

Apparently, the entire city of Atlanta also has a major phone problem. Whenever I go to the Dashboard page now, it says "404 not found".
Ha! I made a funny.
Well, OK, "funny" might be overly generous.
Seriously, I'm getting 404 errors on it now, so I guess "I see dead pages". |

It's not working in Maryland either.
Does anyone know why this keeps happening? I haven't been able to get any "real" information out of Vonage.
"We're working on it..." blah blah blah. |

It's not working anywhere.
Southern California, 11/14/05 14:30 PST.
Once again I can't change my call forwarding so I'm getting charged on my cellphone for every incoming call.
The last time I brought this to management's attention was Friday.
They agreed to credit me $10 but I haven't been able to log in to see if they've done that.
They owe me a lot more than $10 if they want to keep my business but frankly I'm not sure they can at any price.
