Same here in Minneapolis, MN. Luck has it that it went down today of all days too. This morning I switched call forwarding so it goes immediately to our cell phone. Since mid-afternoon I have been unable to access the dashboard to change it and have had 3 calls since. All cost us money.
There is NO excuse, aside from a major internet downage, for this kind of thing. Where's the redundancy and who's minding the store?
ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Sooner or later Vonage may get the message that handling essential phone features- like call forwarding- only through the web site is bad business. It makes proper phone usage dependent on the web site.
In the meanwhile, someone recently made a suggestion with regard to call forwarding, if it's to be used on a regular basis to forward to the same phone. He suggested putting the phone number to be forwarded to in the network outage block on the web sit. Then, instead of actually forwarding he phone when he wanted to do that, he simply unplugged the adapter- creating a network outage. When he wanted to cancel "forwarding", he plugged the adapter back in. That way he could enable and disable call forwarding without using the website. |

Everyone,
Looks like the "traffic jam" has been cleared out. Just now, I was able to login to the Vonage Dashboard and look at my account. YEAH! It only took them, what, all day?????!!!! |

Just tested and it is working on the East coast. Trying clearing your browser's cache just to make sure it isn't some leftover problem from earlier - or perhaps try a different browser to see if you have any better luck. In any event, good luck. It is surprising they have had so many crashes with the "VD" servers lately. |
