I just got a TIVO today and had problems dialing out. Called TIVO and they couldn't help me. Went to the forum here and found some ideas. So called Vonage support. They were great! Jason Farina from Vonage Support worked with me by changing some settings (don't know which ones) and then it worked like a charm!!
