eating bandwidth

I would plug my computer direct to the modem and use task manager and other tools to make sure there is no unwanted program on your computer doing the bandwidth eating, also, a if you have called Customer Care your device may be on debug which could explain bandwidth issue, although I don't think debug uses that much bandwidth...

this is the new voip phone from vonage, its like the vtech. u dont need an adapter extra, this acts as an adapter as well as the phone, plus you have wireless handsets, wired phones could be plugged in also u can use fax.

sounds like they are trying to get you to buy one of their hot new phones!

You should be able to use the phone you have now, and if you can't, it may mean that one phone is broken. That still doesn't mean you NEED to buy a new Uniden. Try it with a few phones and see what you get.

i haven't had any problems with the phone itself but that is just what the rep i talked to told me. That sounded kinda shaky lol.

ok i got it behind my router now and it seems that is is eating more bandwidth now. i have the Airlink AR410W wireless router what do i need to do?

airlink is great plus there firmware is almost identical.
