Dan,
Glad to hear you're doing upgrades, when I first came to this site about a month or so back I was frusterated with page load times. Especially when posting.. Now everything seems much spiffyer
Keep Up the Good Work,
Danny
PS: If I can make a suggestion.. Maybe there could be a login box placed on top of the thread pages. Would be useful when coming here from an email notifaction, instead of having to go to Member Services >Member Login.
Just an idea |

Dan,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news...
(no actually, I hate bad news, but I love to be the bearer)...
Your post is nothing but spin.
We continue to have problems. For days now I've wasted hours trying to manage call forwarding.
The so-called "manager" (if you can't even forward a call then you're really not a manager no matter what the script says you're supposed to call yourself) would only credit me $10.
That's actually an insult.
But of course I took it.
Now if I don't get a call back from someone who can give me the entire one month credit for all three lines that I've asked for I'll be leaving Vonage. Probably for my own asterisk managed systems, or at least one of the smaller players... a company that knows they can easily go broke from a few mismanaged customer issues will be much more willing to help.
Note that I'll be out all day today but my phone number should be forwarded to my cellphone if your system can be trusted to be accurate.

J..
This site is seperate from the actual Vonage company. It's only here for support and reviews of the service..
You would be better off contacting Vonage Customer service at either 1-866-243-4357 or customerservice@vonage.com |

So stay home and don't come back here, you won't hurt my feelings. |

More on the email issue..., many members most likely have not received the Vonage VoIP Forum Newsletter due to our email issues.
Also, new member confirmations may also be effected.
We are aware of the problem and are working on it, |

Dan,
I just sent you three emails of the newsletters that I received in the past 24 hours..
Just check to make sure the orginal times are different.. I use Gmail and it grouped all 3 copys together because they had the same subject/sender.. I tried my best to seperate them. Hope it's helped.
