Yes, mine is also down.
Just a note and not to sound like I am bitc*hing.... but I would say that 75-80% of the time I can not log into the Dashboard. I don't think it is a browser issue (Firefox). It just sits there and acts like it is loading, sometimes for 20-30 minutes. It never "times out". I never see a "page can not be displayed" error, but just see the progress bar at about 1% for as long as I want to look at it.
At east today I see an error message:
Error Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try again later.
So I know it knows that I at least want something. Usually, I feel that when I click "LOGIN" it does not know what I want. |

It looks like they might be doing "something" to their login system. Now if I try to login I see an error that says "Page can not be found" (404 error). So they must have moved it or something. |

What type of issues does the "VONAGE SERVICE STATUS" box give? I mean, is it anything related to Vonage? Or particular areas? Only for Voip service interruptions? |

Yes, the control panel is broken.
No, it's not a browser issue, it is a Vonage issue.  |

It is normally Voip service interruptions, mostly localized issues such as an area code problem that was posted earlier. |

Thanks Dan for clarifying that.
I just hope Vonage gets this Dashboard going soon. I need to change a few setting before 45 minutes. 
Too bad there is no way to dial into your number and make changes. |

I had to call Vonage about two hours because my credit card wouldnt go through even though it did while I was talking to CS - less than 30 seconds wait though - anyway I did state I was unable to logon to my dashboard - answer was maintenance - but that may not be 100% truthful.
