Well it's almost 5 PST and I still can't log in to the dashboard - I don't get any errors it just loads for like eternity. ERGH any word on when it'll be fixed? |

At first it was funny, but now, almost 8 HOURS later, it is becoming an inconvenience and annoying..... |

Well I got on last night when I got home from work (1:30am), I just signed up and got my phones working yesterday. But it seems to be down again. Is this a common thing? (I sure don't remember reading about it in the adds.) |

I also had problems last night; we're traveling and I need to change my forwarding number. I thought for sure it would be working this morning.... Any ETA? |

Vonage your killing me!!!!! Why is it so difficult to keep the loggin up and running??? If its going to be down so often then allow us to unforward the line with a phone call. Even CS cant unforward the line for me. I love the rates but the service is killing us! This is getting old! |

i was trying to login since yesterday to setup call forwarding to a land-line, since i'm having some bad ISP issues, and i was totally unsuccessful until a little while ago. i managed to get in and setup forwarding... so at least my immediate crisis is over.
as a side-note, are there alternate ways of setting up features, like call forwarding, other than in the dashboard? if i login to my voicemail via another phone, can forwarding be changed via a menu option there (and if not, why? seems like a fairly handy thing). are customer service agents able to tweak things for you over the phone if you're unable to reach the dashboard? i'm just looking ahead to tonight when i'll need to remove the forwarding i've setup just now, and if the dashboard goes down again i don't want my calls to continue being forwarded. |

Not that I know of, but I'd heavily recommend that you set up your "Network outage number" so you don't have to depend on the dashboard (which ALSO depends on your ISP) when you lose your internet connection. The "Network outage number" automatically forwards all of your calls to the number you specify if Vonage cannot contact your Voip adapter for ANY reason. |
